At Golden Wick Co., we take great care in hand-pouring and packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 (delivered in 5–7 business days).
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (delivered in 2–3 business days).
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Damages & Issues
If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at support@goldenwickco.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will send a replacement immediately.
