What is the benefit of a coconut-soy wax blend?
Our wax blend offers a slower, cleaner burn than traditional paraffin. It holds fragrance beautifully and produces significantly less soot, keeping your home’s air and surfaces cleaner.
Why is there a "memory ring" in my candle?
This happens if the candle is blown out before the wax melts to the edges. To prevent this, ensure your first burn lasts 2–3 hours until a full melt pool forms.
How often should I trim the wick?
Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every light. This prevents the flame from becoming too large and ensures a steady, soot-free glow.
Are your fragrances safe for pets?
We use phthalate-free, high-quality oils. However, since pets are more sensitive to scents, we recommend burning candles in well-ventilated rooms and monitoring your pet’s comfort.
Orders & Shipping
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is hand-packaged and shipped, we will email you a tracking link. It usually takes about 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we move quickly to process orders, changes must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately for any adjustments.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Golden Wick candle arrives in a signature, minimalist box suitable for gifting. You can also add a handwritten note at checkout.
What should I do if my candle arrives broken?
Glass is delicate. If your order is damaged during transit, email a photo of the item to our support team within 48 hours, and we will ship a replacement at no cost.
